Bottega Veneta Crafts the Classic Grocery Bag in Leather

In contemporary times, fashion has had an obsession with elevating the mundane from bedazzled plastic-inspired shopping bags to trash bag pouches. Now Bottega Veneta is adding to the craze with its new Brown Bag, which updates the classic grocery store carrier.

Almost a near copy of the standard brown paper grocery bag, the main difference is that Bottega Veneta’s version appears in 100% calfskin leather. Coming in medium and small sizes, the bag even features subtle variations that reveal a paper-like effect. Crafted in Italy, the single-compartment bag also features a leather lining and wrapped handles.
