While celebrating its 10th anniversary in Japan, outdoor gear company Helinox announced the opening of a new Helinox Creative Center location in Tokyo.
The new two-story space allows the brand to showcase its robust and lightweight packable furniture with plenty of additional space to host cultural events and pop-ups with its numerous collaborators. Helinox’s “Outdoor Line’ and “Tactical Line” will be displayed mainly on the first floor while the second floor will include a wide range of accessories unique to Helinox as well as various fashion and lifestyle offerings. Bearing an industrial aesthetic, the building features long floor-to-ceiling windows with the first floor found in a cool white concrete aesthetic and the second floor offering a warm contrast with cozy lighting and soft woody finishes.
In conjunction with the store opening, Helinox is partnering with Hiroshi Fujiwara‘s fragment Design for a limited capsule collection finished in black with co-branding details. The grand opening date is officially set for May 20. Stay tuned for additional details.
