Hood by Air‘s Shayne Oliver has a knack for defining culture, and his latest venture — Anonymous Club — is set to change the fashion scene with club couture.
Putting a streetwear twist on club kid aesthetics of the past, Anonymous Club now presents its debut offering, “COLLECTION 01 – WE BLEED GREEN.” It was first seen back in July 2022 during a Boiler Room takeover that centered around Oliver’s party series Club Couture, and now it’s available to shop via Guestcn.
Subversive offerings include the Durag Dress, coming in either a black knit or blue terry construction. The durag reference comes in the form of an oversized hood, while asymmetrical cuts and folds of fabric (the latter also referencing durags) create a garment of an androgynous nature.
Elsewhere, denim pants in a light blue wash or faded black are designed to puddle on the floor, giving a louche edge to the wardrobe essential. Likewise, polo shirts are done up in contrasting panels and feature a collar that melts into a slouchy hood, while sartorial cues like ties are turned into branded harnesses.
The formalities continue with a briefcase bag that’s subverted in creased plastic, while T-shirt hoodies, Swarovski crystal-embellished tees, and T-shirt packs round out the clothing range. As for footwear, Anonymous Club brings rave-ready elements to boots, presenting its Shaft Boot in white.
Take a look at the range above, and shop Anonymous Club on guestcn now. Prices vary between $275 USD and $800 USD.
