According to reports, Ye has been hit with yet another lawsuit. Joining the growing list of legal issues the controversial artist is currently facing, photographer Michaela Efford is now suing Ye for using her photo without permission.

Ye shared a photo of Vogue contributing editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson taken by Michaela Efford during an antagonizing tirade last year. The tirade was a response to Karefa-Johnson calling the “White Lives Matter” T-shirt shown at the YEEZY Season 9 presentation “pure violence” and calling out the showcase for its troubling themes.

Michaela Efford’s lawsuit alleges that following Ye’s usage of her photograph she can no longer market or make money from the image. The photographer is now seeking unspecific compensation for the damage caused.
