Antonio Vattev‘s eponymous label continues to channel its androgynous antics into free-flowing silhouettes with diverse cultural references. While Av Vattev‘s Fall/Winter 2023 collection paid tribute to international artists, Spring/Summer 2024 pulls inspiration from Mick Jagger‘s iconic style.
The Rolling Stones frontman’s 1960s and 70s looks are referenced across 24 options, reinterpreting his wardrobe with a modern approach. The British label embraces Mick Jagger’s transitional eras, from his famous white dress worn on stage to tartan attire and refined tailoring.
Av Vattev’s unisex codes reign supreme, jumping onto collarless checkered suiting matched with oversized lapelled shirts and crossed string closures. Rebellious leather vests feature attached hoods with fringed ornamentation, followed by cropped bomber jackets and shimmering skirts. Jagger’s striped leggings underpin several looks, while all-white uniforms boast asymmetrical paneling. Finally, frayed shirting and stained suede motorcycle coats complete Av Vattev’s defiant SS24 “Sweet Summer Sweat” collection.
