For Fall/Winter 2023, Copenhagen-based fashion imprint Parel Studios is pushing forth its renewed ideas for functional apparel, with an emphasis on technical fabrications and purposeful design details.
Titled “Development_07,” the collection puts versatility at the fore across a range of element-braving outerwear, graphic tops, bottoms, accessories and footwear. Among the bulkier offerings, Parel introduces the Alta Down Jacket, Sierra Down Jacket, Narva Jacket and Cerro Jacket — all of which employed specified builds for different environmental contexts. Additionally, the collection sees the Como Down Jacket return with improved down filling, cuffs and drawcord adjustability, while the Teide Jacket and Senja Rain Jacket arrive in new colorways.
Down the line, contrast-stitch sweatshirts and long-sleeve tops front minimal branding, and the Vinson Pants boast a lightweight construction with zipped pockets and leg openings. The Legan Pants, meanwhile, reappear in a new thicker, wind-resistant fabrication for the colder months.
Notably, Parel’s latest range marks the brand’s first foray into footwear, with a number of 4_01 Trainer and 6_01 Boot silhouettes. Both designs prioritize durability and performance, with stylistic elements complementing terrain-ready Vibram outsoles.
