Danish label Soulland is stepping back from the traditional Fashion Week schedule and continues writing its own rulebook like previous seasons. Soulland’s minimalistic design language stands strong across its Spring/Summer 2024 collection, seeing Creative Director Silas Adler combine his love for fashion and styling into a cohesive offering.
The brand’s latest collection explores deadstock fabrics through a classic lens, jazzing up the essential wardrobe with Soulland flair. The delivery is upbeat and packed with cheerful motifs, boasting flamboyant ornamentation ideal for laidback summer fun. Classic garments are introduced with minimalistic brand decor, kicking things off with relaxed pinstriped shirting and cozy sweater vests with abstract floral illustrations. Crochet shirting subtly reveals sun-kissed skin beneath, while essential slip dresses receive youthful Soulland lettering.
Adler balances elegance and practical design across two-way metal zippers on semi-sheer eveningwear, contrasted by ultra-boxy suiting with vine-heavy graphic layers. Soulland bends gender norms through tonal polos and puffed knee-length skirts, while natural scenery comes alive on satin co-ords and shirt dresses. SS24 oozes with essential black and white hues, injected with transitional tan, navy, vibrant neons, and Barbie-esque pink.
